The GLXD14R+/B98 includes a rackmount receiver, bodypack transmitter, and WB98H/C cardioid condenser instrument that clips on to the bell of brass and wind instruments or the rim of percussion instruments. The WB98 features high gain before feedback, excellent ambient noise rejection, and the ability to handle high SPL (Sound Pressure Level) applications. With its advanced Dual Band Wireless Technology, GLXD+ operates in the license-free 2.4 and 5.8GHz ranges, providing more than double the available bandwidth and intelligently avoiding interference. The GLXD14R+/B98 is a rackmount system that's easy to set up and operate thanks to auto-pairing and Smart frequency management. The transmitter features a twelve-hour runtime battery making power concerns a thing of the past. Of course, things don't always go as planned. So Shure engineered the SB904 battery to deliver a 1.5-hour runtime from a 15-minute quick charge.
