EAW RS 153 15" 2-Way Self-Powered Loudspeaker, PowerCon Connector

The RS 153 is a member of EAW's dynamic RS Series of 2-way self-powered loudspeakers, with this particular model featuring a Neutrik powerCON® connector.

Each loudspeaker in the RS series offers EAW signature performance in a portable wooden enclosure, and is built around the current breed of touring-grade high-frequency (HF) and low-frequency (LF) transducers. The series' intelligent features include EAW Focusing which delivers unrivaled musical clarity as well as tonal accuracy. Pattern control is further enhanced by their unique, constant-directivity HF horn; a design theory first proven in EAW's legendary MK Series — a series born from the audio performance needs of stadiums worldwide.

Lightweight and durable, the wooden enclosure has been meticulously engineered to eliminate resonance, and is equipped with onboard bi-amplified electronics (1500 W) featuring EAW signature DSP, including DynO and Focusing (as mentioned above). Additionally, EAW's proprietary Resolution software platform is an easy-to-use yet powerful simulation software that enables accurate prediction of one or multiple RS Series enclosures' performance within a venue or performance space.
