The tool literally broke the first time I used it. The little points on the end were so fragile. Tried to tighten the nut and both of them snapped off. Also the product picture is not accurate. The tip of the tool looks completely different. The one in the photo looks solid.

It works. It's far better than no tool. Now I can use the couple of hundred knurled nuts that I've been replacing with hex nuts. Having said that, it's a lot harder to keep the tool on the knurled nut than to keep a hex nut driver on the hex nut. Knowing what I know, I would buy it again.
