Clear-Com MS-802-IM 2-Channel 1RU Rack Mount Marine Certified Headset and Speaker Station

A 2-channel rack-mount intercom main station with built-in speaker, the Clear-Com MS-802-IM is marine certified (DNVGL-CG-0339), asbestos-free (SOLAS Regulation II-I/3-5.2), and can be installed on watercraft. The MS-802-IM can support up to 55 beltpacks or 10 remote speaker stations on its two channels so you can outfit your fleet. The 1RU station is compact and should be rack mounted for safety and proper operation.

The MS-802-IM is designed to be used with a gooseneck microphone or headset, both available separately. The microphone preamplifier has an integrated limiter and proprietary speech-shaping circuits to control the level and improve the quality of speech going into the system. There's also a sidetone control so the operator can adjust the level of their own voice in the headset.

The Station features audible call alerts as well as visual LED signaling to make sure critical communications are not missed. For added safety, in the event of a short circuit or overload, the unit is supplied with a protection circuit that will shut down until the fault is removed.
