612R/T from Kramer is a Plug and Play active 4K60 4:4:4 DP Tx/Rx over Extended-Reach Multi-Mode (MM) Fiber Optic cable. This compact fiber optic transmitter and receiver is capable of extending uncompressed DisplayPort™ 1.2 over fiber optic cable, with this set of extenders supporting 4K@60 (4:4:4) resolution up to 656 feet (200 meters) on a dual LC multi−mode fiber cable.
The 612T and 612R are easily and securely connected via a 2LC fiber connector and can be powered either from the USB connector or from the DisplayPort interface (pin #20).
