This transmitter is a crucial component of an HDBaseT setup for transmitting HDMI video and audio in conference rooms, lecture halls, classrooms, and other settings where standard HDMI cabling's length limitations are insufficient.

With this transmitter, you can extend HDMI over a single Cat5e, Cat6, or Cat6a network patch cable. By using a Cat5e or Cat6 cable, you can extend 4K HDMI up to 115 feet and 1080p up to 230 feet. For longer 4K distances, use a Cat6a cable to extend 4K HDMI up to 130 feet.

This HDMI HDBaseT transmitter is HDCP 2.2 compliant, ensuring a secure source and display connection. It supports multi-channel audio formats, including PCM 2.0/5.1/7.1, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos, DTS-HD Master Audio, and DTS:X. Moreover, it features one-way Power over Cable (PoC) support, so it draws power from the receiver, eliminating the need for an extra power adapter and providing greater installation flexibility.
