Neutrik's NA2M-J-TX is a 3-pole XLR male to ground-liftd 1/4" jack miniature transformer balancing adapter. It is a low cost solution for unbalanced/balanced line conversion and passive DI applications, where no earth or gain switching is required

Neutrik NA2M-J-TX Transformer Specifications:

  • The D shape adapters are problem solvers for variousintermating problems for professional and semi-professional applications
  • Rugged aluminium extrusion housing for bestreliability
  • Color coding on all RCA types
  • Audio transformer: 1:1

I have purchased a couple of these to use as a compact DI box for keyboards. They just don't work to prevent ground issues. They hum like crazy. Even an old Radio Shack cheap inline worked better !
