Developed exclusively for Sigma's ens lines to provide better reach and greater quality, the 1.4X Teleconverter TC-1401 incorporates SLD (Special Low Dispersion) glass element for increased image quality. Compact and lightweight, this Sigma Global Vision teleconverter utilizes a splash and dust proof construction for long lasting durability and is mounted in between a telephoto lens and a camera, thereby offering magnification of focal length of 1.4 times.

This teleconverter ensures the utmost in compatibility, even for large diameter lenses. With an effective AF at F8 and 1.4x the reach, you'll now get the most out of your Sigma lens.

NOTES: Please be advised that the updated version of lens firmware will make it compatible with the new tele converters, however it will also make it incompatible with conventional APO TELE CONVERTER 1.4x EX DG and APO TELE CONVERTER 2x EX DG.
