Earthworks SR20LS Low-sensitivity Cardioid Condenser Bass Drum Microphone

The SR20LS is a cardioid condenser mic created to help you get the kick drum sound you want in a live performance or studio environment. The microphone's fast impulse response means the frequencies that make up the attack, or slap of the kick, will be reproduced accurately. With a low-frequency range down to 20Hz, you'll also be able to hear the deep, full characteristics of the drum. And to make sure the kick never sounds boomy, the SR20LS has a gentle proximity effect as the microphone moves closer to the sound source.

Able to handle sound pressure levels (SPL) up to 150dB without distortion, this microphone can be used in studio or live applications with confidence, even with the hardest hitters.
