Product Overview
Created to be the forward-looking center of your networked studio, the REDNET-R1 adds desktop remote control of your RedNet interfaces to your Dante system.
Mix and route up to 12 monitor output channels from 32 possible sources from anywhere in your facility and the only connection needed is the included Cat 6 Ethernet cable which even provides power. The R1 can route from mono through 7.1.4 surround and is compatible with Dolby Atmos® and other immersive audio workflows. Of course, you can configure the R1 to control your custom setup up to 12 outputs.
The R1 can control all RedNet devices on your network. You can set up control groups of outputs, adjust input levels, re-configure routing, and even monitor any signals with the built-in headphone output. There's an integrated talkback mic to communicate with other rooms, or if you prefer, you can use the back panel XLR jack to add your own talkback mic.
The top-panel LCD displays deliver accurate metering of outputs and sources while providing visual clues for menu navigation. There's also a jog-wheel that provides control over level, reference level preset selection, dim, mute, and a variety of solo modes.
