Product Overview
The IR+ Control Center offers a comprehensive solution for audio distribution utilizing both Wi-Fi and Infrared technologies. Infrared is particularly advantageous for assistive audio applications in expansive environments or when secure audio transmission within a confined space is desired.
By connecting the IR M1 to a Wi-Fi multicast router or an in-house network, audio can be effortlessly streamed over Wi-Fi to the Williams AV WaveCAST app, available on the iOS app store or Google Play store.
The IR+ Control Center incorporates a distributed architecture of infrared emitter arrays, accommodating up to four emitters. These emitters can be conveniently stacked for large room arrays or strategically placed throughout the room to cater to various venue configurations, including wings, balconies, or obscured locations.
The rack-mounted or remotely positioned IR M1 Control Center offers support for up to four IR emitters. Each emitter is connected to the modulator via a CAT5e cable, ensuring the necessary audio and power supply for the remote emitter. With an expansive coverage area of 18,000 sq. ft., each emitter delivers extensive signal distribution capabilities.
