Rose Brand FLMX0072 Flame Retardant Fire Stop E84 Latex Paint Additive Case

The Rose Brand Fire Stop E84™ is a latex paint additive designed to create a fire retardant barrier on substrates that are otherwise untreated. With just a single 8 oz. jar, a full gallon of paint can be treated, suitable for application on hard scenery, set pieces, or staging. This product provides a Class A rating with Zero Smoke Development and Zero Flame Spread (when applied correctly and tested according to ASTM E-84). It maintains paint-ability with only a slight dilution of the paint and does not corrode or tarnish metallic paints, nor does it yellow the finished film. Proper effectiveness requires a minimum 2 mil paint film to develop, using 8 oz. of Fire Stop per gallon of paint.
