Possibly - some spare parts come with a warranty, typically with a shorter duration than the standard warranty for finished goods. In some cases manufacturers sell spare parts “as is” or won’t consider an item eligible for return if the part isn’t installed by an authorized center.

If you’re concerned about the duration of a spare part warranty please contact us before placing your order. Be aware that if you install a part to repair an item that’s still under the manufacturer’s warranty you may void the warranty in your item by performing unauthorized repairs.

In most cases it’s impractical to attempt a diagnosis without an item present along with the appropriate test equipment. If you’re not confident in your ability to diagnose the fault of your item; it may be best to take your item to a qualified technician.

Check the product description to ensure your model is listed as compatible. Parts from the same manufacturer may seem compatible with your item but that isn’t always the case. If you find a part that appears to be a match for your item but your model isn’t listed - please contact us so we can confirm compatibility. It is possible that a part can fit more models than we have listed.

Parts appearance may vary from the original component depending on the manufacturer the vendor uses. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for damages because of installation of an incorrect part. Unopened, uninstalled parts can be returned within 30 days.

Installed service parts are non returnable, unless they are defective. All defective returns are exchange only - no money will be refunded.
