Service Center

Full Compass offers repairs, parts and service for both local and national customers. We are an authorized service center for most of our major brands and we service products that are both in and out of warranty.

Our goal is to get your equipment fixed and operational in the least amount of time, for the lowest cost possible. We have a team of highly skilled technicians who will provide the information necessary to make an informed decision about repairing or replacing your malfunctioning equipment.

If you are a local customer in the Madison, Wisconsin area you will find us conveniently located just off of the Beltline near Mineral Point Rd. If you are a national customer, your repair job can be shipped to us directly and then returned to you in a timely manner upon completion.

To get started, call or email our Service Department to request our rates and discuss your repair options. In most cases, we will ask you to ship the unit to us for a thorough inspection. This ensures an accurate diagnosis of the problem, and in turn a more accurate repair estimate. Once the estimate is completed, we will work with you to help make the best decision for your repair situation.
