The ADX20iP is primarily used for miking reed and brass instruments and is designed for professional stage and studio applications. It has a uniformly controlled cardioid polar pattern that provides excellent isolation and feedback control on stage with natural sound reproduction at very close distances.

Lightweight, compact, and simple to use, the ADX20iP includes a gooseneck clip with spring tension for easy mounting to the bell of an instrument.
