This adapter fixed a power issue on my Mackie 402VLZ4 mixer that I've owned for 6 years. I wasn't sure if the mixer itself or the old power adapter was at fault. After about a minute of being turned on, the mixer's lights would start flashing and thud sounds would come out of the PA. Since I've used this new adapter, I've had no problems with the mixer.
