What do I do if my item still doesn’t work or has additional problems?

If you’re concerned about the duration of a spare part warranty please contact us before placing your order. Be aware that if you install a part to repair an item that’s still under the manufacturer’s warranty you may void the warranty in your item by performing unauthorized repairs.

Unlike the individual who left the other review, the piece that arrived for me was the exact one listed in the picture (without prongs). Fortunately all of the wiring is the exact same and I was able to replace the driver in my left cup. Good product and works as advertised.

Works perfectly. It is worth noting that what is pictured is not what I received. The version pictured has tabs for soldering, while the version received has a PCB with contacts for soldering on to. This is not an issue at all, but anyone who is buying this should be aware that the picture is probably an older design revision.
