Schoeps MK-2HNI Omnidirectional Condenser Capsule with HF Boost and Nickel Finish for Colette Series Modular Microphone System

The Schoeps MK 2H is an omnidirectional condenser microphone capsule with a high frequency boost for the Colette Series modular microphone system. The sound inlet of the MK 2H is narrower than other capsules offered by Schoeps, causing a slight frequency response boost above 6 kHz. This reduces the high frequency loss for diffuse sound, thus helping preserve the natural sound quality of the source.

When used indoors at medium recording distances, this capsule's overall response will be linear, and its extended high frequency response and low noise make it appropriate for the most demanding applications.
