Countryman H6CAPL-8 F/H6 Protective Cap in Light Beige

This useful accessory to the Countryman H6 Omni Headset is an H6 Directional Cap. Light beige in color, this Directional Cap protects the microphone and helps shape its directional pattern. The H6 Headset should always be used with a protective cap in place to keep sweat, makeup and other foreign material out of the microphone.

Countryman carries caps to change the high frequency (15 kHz) response, with the H6CAPL-8 version providing an extra bright (+8 db) high frequency boost. Choose +0 dB for the flattest response, and +4 dB for bright highs. For directional microphones, caps change the pickup pattern between cardioid and hypercardioid.
