Tannoy VXP 15HP 15" 1.6kW PowerDual Powered Loudspeaker with IDEEA Amp

The Tannoy VXP 15HP is a full-range multi-purpose powered sound reinforcement loudspeaker designed for both portable and installation applications. Available in your choice of Black or White finish, it's built around a single 380 mm (15”) Power Dual™ driver mounted Dual Concentric™ driver mounted within an ultra-compact and rugged birch plywood enclosure with aesthetically-profiled edges and an Airnet™-backed, powder-coated steel grille. It offers a punchy and sonically superior solution for small-to-medium scale sound reinforcement as well as for critical-quality speech reproduction where clarity and natural vocal characteristics are paramount. It also features the IDEEA™ (IntelliDrive Energy Efficient Amplifier) integrated power module brought in from Lab.gruppen, designed for superlative audio performance, robust power output and long-term durability.

Tannoy Dual Concentric™ Drive

The latest version of Tannoy's proprietary point source technology, ensuring high sensitivity and exceptional efficiency. More than 60 years of research allows this unique configuration to deliver remarkably smooth beam-width characteristics that result in an even coverage pattern at all frequencies, thus aiding predictable system design. Additionally, its symmetrical dispersion characteristics enhance positioning flexibility, allowing vertical or horizontal mounting of single or multi-cabinet arrays with no compromse in sound quality.

Rear panel connections are provided for audio input (XLR-F), audio link (XLR-M) and AC power (Neutrik® powerCON®). It comes in a white textured paint finish with matching grilles, and is also available in custom matched RAL colors as an option (contact your Sales Pro for further details).
