A Magnetic Piano Mounting System, the AT8492PL from Audio-Techinca is specifically designed to work with the ATM350a Cardioid Condenser Instrument Microphone to offer quality piano pickup. This system includes an AT8491P Magnetic Piano Mount along with an AT8490L 9" Gooseneck. The magnetic mount attaches to a piano’s cast iron frame or other metal part, providing either vertical or horizontal positioning that stays in place. The mount’s base is felt-lined to prevent damage to the instrument. The strong, flexible gooseneck, which is securely held in the mount’s socket by a locking screw, lets you position the mic where you want it and firmly holds it there.
