The HUB8D provides hands-free full-duplex (two way) communication for up to 8 people within a quarter-mile range with no licensing required.

The included EarTec Mini Base can be placed on-location or belt-worn to effectively expand any current party-line system and deliver 2 channels of communication. Headsets can be separated on channels A & B, or the entire team can be linked with the Push of a Button, giving you flexibility in the field.

The all-in-one design of the included UltraLITE double ear headsets means the transceiver is built into the ear cup so there are no external wires or belt worn radios to deal with, providing a much safer deployment. As an added convenience, the mic boom arm swivels 270º so the headset can be worn on the left or right, and the microphone mutes when in the up position.

Lightweight field-replaceable lithium-ion batteries give you 6 hours of run-time with an approximate 3-hour charge. The batteries are removable, allowing them to be swapped out in seconds for fresh ones from the supplied multi-port charger, leaving you with no downtime.

To keep the system safe when you're not using it, you'll also receive a soft side case made of waterproof nylon that holds the entire system. A separate compartment is provided to keep the headsets organized. The charger, hub, and spare batteries can be stored in an internal Velcro pocket, and a molded plastic handle makes for easy transport when necessary.
