The 2006A Features DPS’s unique Twin Diaphragm Omni Mic Capsule which delivers a well-balanced sound that fits between the extreme sound quality of their pencil microphones and their popular lavalier microphones.

The dual diaphragm design combines the advantages of small capsules with the lower noise achieved from a larger diaphragm area, resulting in fast impulse response and a large frequency bandwidth.

The capsule can be ordered with either the MMP-A transformerless preamp or the MMP-C compact mic preamp.
