The Roland CY-16R-T is a 16” electronic cymbal compatible with any Roland V-Drums kit or module. The cymbal has been updated with a thinner profile, providing an organic and expressive playing experience with even response, improved stick rebound, and natural swinging motion that responds just like an acoustic cymbal. With its elegant textured design, the CY-16R-T also brings an authentic acoustic look to your kit whether in your home studio or on stage.

The CY-16R-T has multiple trigger areas for independent edge, bow and bell sounds. This allows you to configure different cymbal responses within the TD-27 V-Drums module to fit your performing needs. Three-way triggering is supported via two cables with some advanced V-Drums modules, providing independent sounds on the edge, bow, and bell. In addition, just as with any acoustic cymbal, the CY-16R-T can be muted or choked simply by grabbing the edge.
