Product Overview
Designed to encode H.264 compressed video for distribution on a WAN (Wide Area Network), the NMX-ENC-N3132-C H.264 Compressed Video over IP encoder card gives you an option for low bit rate distribution of 1080p60 content. Ideal for use with video to desktop or third-party hardware endpoints like Roku, Amino, or Google TV.
Paired with N3000 series decoders (sold separately), the NMX-ENC-N3132-C creates a system that makes storing and accessing video from the cloud a cost effective logical solution.
The NMX-ENC-N3132-C supports PoE on one of its two RJ45 network ports, eliminating the need for an external power supply. Designed for use with the six-slot NMX-ACC-N9206 2U rack mount cage, the card can also be powered via the rack cage. The N3132-C encoder card also features a separate HDMI output and has a separate SFP port that allows visually lossless video to be routed on a fiber-only network to extend signals beyond the reach of category cable.
The card also includes IR, serial, balanced audio, and an analog VGA video input.
