The white Yamaha DXS18XLF-DW is a powered subwoofer equipped with Dante capabilities, specifically designed to enhance the low-frequency extension of full-range speakers. It is particularly well-matched for use alongside any of the DZR-series powered loudspeakers. The subwoofer is driven by a powerful 1600W Class-D amplifier, which effectively powers the 18" woofer, offering a wide frequency range of 30 to 150 Hz (-10 dB) and achieving a maximum Sound Pressure Level (SPL) of 136 dB.

Integrated within the DXS18XLF-DW is the onboard D-XSUB LF 96 kHz DSP processor, providing comprehensive bass management capabilities. The Normal mode is optimized for balanced low-frequency response, while the Boost mode delivers tighter, focused bass with an added punch. Xtended LF mode pushes the low-end frequencies even further, catering to applications that demand a substantial bottom-end presence.
