Made from 100% North American birch with 30-degree bearing edges, the 1455 delivers a sharp response and clear, dynamically responsive snare sensitivity. A heavy-duty Q-type strainer provides smooth operation, easy adjustment, and years of service. The open-sounding 1.6mm triple flange hoop provides a wide tuning window that compliments the shell's range and wide head compatibility.
