The IPD-SM82-EZ-II-WX is an advanced surface-mount loudspeaker designed to provide a robust and weather-resistant solution for digital audio distribution via Dante integration. This speaker incorporates a powerful 40 W PoE (Power over Ethernet) amplifier, ensuring a simplified installation and setup process. Its driver components feature an 8.0-inch polypropylene woofer and a 1.0-inch soft dome tweeter, housed within a ported enclosure for optimal audio performance. The package includes a pre-mountable surface-mount bracket, enabling quick and effortless installation, while the powder-coated aluminum grille enhances the speaker's durability and appearance across various environments. With its UL 60065 approval, this system adheres to stringent safety standards. Moreover, the IP-Rating of IP65 guarantees its resistance against dust and water ingress. Included accessories encompass a safety cable, wall mount bracket, conduit connector, and port plug, which are essential for maintaining proper protection, particularly in outdoor installations where the port plugs must be installed to safeguard against moisture.
