Product Overview

If you need to boost signals, make sure they're properly conditioned with Royer's dBooster2 phantom powered 2-channel in-line signal booster and DI. Fully independent channels allow you to use one as a mic booster and the other as squeaky clean DI for electric guitar or bass.

Microphones can be boosted by 12 or 20dB and the DI inputs can be set to 0 dB. Of course, you may need to boost the DI signals, so Royer included an 8 dB option in the Hi-Z mode. A dual class A input stage delivers a pristine output with virtually no noise or self-distortion so you can capture delicate instruments and voices and nothing else. The dBooster2 is even safe for use on all ribbon microphones.

The dBooster2 is an obvious choice for studio applications but it also works its magic in live applications. The ability to drive long cable lengths and difficult loads like mic splitters and vintage-style preamps with no distortion or loss of gain and excellent headroom allow it to shine when the lights go up.

The dBooster2 is built in the USA and ships from Royer's Burbank headquarters.
