As the heart of Neumann's MCM (Miniature Clip Mic) System, the KK-14 cardioid capsule head redefines the electret microphone, delivering a full-range sound with natural bass, smooth mid-range, and elegant highs.

The KK 14 was designed with a re-imagined layer approach allowing each component to be application-specific as opposed to the standard highly-integrated design. Hand-assembled by Neumann in Germany, the KK-14 inhabits a titanium housing so you can mic almost anything with and be sure it will show up for the next gig ready to go.

Neumann's attention to detail and unique design approach produce capsules that sound exactly the same, reducing the need for extensive EQing and providing consistency from show to show.
