Saturation as a creative tool is the idea behind the Eventide Crushstation widely variable overdrive and distortion plugin. This is not your father's distortion effect. Crushstation can go from subtle pillowy saturation to face-melting distortion and anywhere in between. And that's just the preview.

Integrated multi-effects give you complete control over the character tone and dynamics of the distortion. Carve it up with a 3-band EQ to highlight a specific instrument, dial in some compression to squeeze something into the desired space, or let it age before your ears with the Sag control. For the final act, you can mix your dry signal with Crushstation for a range of parallel effects and endless possibilities.
