The eGPU Breakaway Box 750ex Enclosure from Sonnet is a high-performance external enclosure designed for running hardware-demanding applications such as photo- and video-editing software. The enclosure is compatible with various PCIe 3.0 x16 equipped AMD and NVIDIA graphics cards, allowing users to turn their Thunderbolt 3 enabled notebooks into workstations.

The 750ex eGPU enclosure is equipped with a built-in 750-watt power supply that provides two 8-pin (6+2 pin) connectors for powering power-hungry GPUs and enabling 85-watt power delivery to charge notebooks. The enclosure is designed to accommodate two-slot, full-length cards such as the AMD Radeon VII, RX, RX Vega, NVIDIA GeForce RTX series, TITAN, and Quadro models.

In addition to graphics processing capabilities, this unit includes four USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports for connecting peripherals like external drives and controllers. An RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port is also available for hardwired network connectivity.
