Advanced broadcast features, a compact portable footprint, and an elegant, easy-to-use control panel make the ATEM SDI the live production switcher of choice for the road warrior. About the size of a smart tablet, the ATEM SDI offers four 3G-SDI inputs with Re-Sync, frame rate, and format converters on each feeding two separate SDI program outputs. A pair of audio inputs on 3.5mm stereo jacks allow the addition of music, voice-over, etc... to the embedded audio. Content can be streamed via the integrated USB connection that turns the unit into a webcam for your computer. There's also a DVE (video effects bus) for transitions, picture in picture, and green screen chroma key effects. And since great video requires great audio, Blackmagic included a 6x2 virtual Fairlight audio mixer, complete with compression, limiting, gating, and EQ.
