Compatible with Sony's E- mount lens family, the ILME-FR7 camera brings cinema-quality imaging with PTZ remote control capability to your productions, opening up new worlds of creative possibilities. The full-frame FR7 features a back-illuminated 35mm CMOS sensor that renders superb image quality, high sensitivity, smooth gradations, and natural color. Those images can be recorded in Apple ProRes 422 or Avid DNxHR®11 in 4K 60p 4:2:2 10-bit format to compatible external recorders (sold separately). The FR7K comes with the SELP28135G 28-135mm zoom lens and you can choose from 69 other 12mm to 1200mm3 lenses (sold separately) to find the ideal combination for your workflow. Look at filming from new perspectives by combining the FR7's PTZ capability with unlimited mounting options. The FR7 can be ceiling or wall-mounted, attached to slider rigs, gimbals, steadicams, and more (all sold separately) allowing you to develop your unique style. A newly developed web app allows for the setup and control of the FR7's functions from Mac, Windows, Android, and iOS devices. Of course, if you prefer more traditional methods, delivery includes an IR remote control, or you can pair the camera with Sony's RM-IP500 remote controller with joystick (sold separately).
