This classic 1926 Steinway parlor grand emulation features three distinct distance recordings, ten ambient room tones, and thirty-four reverb impulses so you can create the ideal performance space for every application. The piano's natural crisp tone lends itself to classical composing but works well for soul, jazz, rock, and pop too. The 7+ GB library also contains creative FX articulations, such as percussive pounds, slams, string scrapes, steel guitar slides, mallet and pick glisses, sweeps, plucks, and more. The piano was recorded in the Montclarion A-frame long hall in Oakland, CA, to capture the lush, rich, well-defined, and balanced natural acoustic reflections.
