These dramatic scoring and sound design fundamentals are perfect for setting dark moods, striking bold transitions, and building stingers to evoke the ideal sonic imagery for any production. Dry ice on cymbals? Yes! The resulting squeals, hisses, screeches, drones, screams, and rumbles are like nothing you've heard before. Sustaining and short cymbal effects were captured in two wide microphone positions, up close for full detail, presence, and clarity, and out in a large hall for a rich, lush, and naturally spacious reverb ideal for epic and orchestral scoring. You also get a dizzying array of pads, drones, synths, swirling dreamscapes, nightmarish hellscapes, and complex evolving textures, allowing you to choose or create the sound in your head.
