Atlas IED AS-8T 8" AS Series Surface Mount, Passive, Speakers

The AtlasIED AS-8T is a compact, weather-resistant surface-mount loudspeaker designed for both foreground and background applications demanding durability, modern aesthetics, and exceptional sonic performance.

Featuring an 8" weather-treated woofer and a 1" exit compression driver, the AS-8T delivers a consistent broadband frequency response with precise off-axis performance.

Available in black or white, its high-impact ABS enclosure with UV inhibitor is highly durable and scuff-resistant, maintaining reliable performance in indoor and outdoor environments (IP55 rated).

Installation is simplified with a slip-free yoke mount included, optional universal mount compatibility, or use with third-party VESA mounts.

Equipped with a low-insertion-loss 60W transformer for 70V or 100V distributed systems, wattage tap selection and low-impedance bypass are easily adjustable via a rear-mounted slide selector switch with a security cover.

The AS-8T is acoustically matched with the broader AS Series, ensuring consistency in mixed-product installations.
