Product Overview

The RU-NMP44 is a network mixing processor offering six virtual audio mixers, controllable via network commands from RDL and other network remote controls. Each mixer functions independently with adjustable input signal attenuation and output level. Depending on commands, each mixer can serve as a mixer, source selector, priority paging inserter, and/or volume control.

Four mixers drive corresponding network audio channels, while two drive line-level +4 dBu audio outputs. Configuration is facilitated using RDL CONSOLE or other network control software.

Ducking functionality assigns one of four network audio inputs as the priority input, connected to all six mixers. An audio detector with installer-defined threshold and recovery delay may be assigned to one or more mixers, adjusting levels accordingly.

Up to four preset configurations may be stored, activated via network command, remote control, or switch closure. Power options include external 24 Vdc supply or PoE enabled network switch, with seamless switching between power sources.

Ideal for enhancing volume control, mixing, switching, and ducking in network audio systems, the RU-NMP44 is suitable for diverse settings like classrooms, meeting rooms, restaurants/bars, fitness gyms, and retail stores. Its durable, all-metal enclosure ensures reliability and longevity, making it an excellent choice for demanding installations. Proudly engineered and manufactured in the U.S.A, the RU-NMP44 offers superior performance and exceptional value in commercial networked audio systems.
