RDL DB-TPS2AM Active Two-PFormat-A Active 2-Pair Sender, XLR Mic and 3.5mm

The IP216-D is a GLOBALCOM Announcement Control System w/ 16 Dante Channels. Run your XLR mic and 3.5mm cables through the wall to your compatible equipment with the RDL DS-TPS2AM XLR & 3.5mm Active Dual Twisted Pair Sender. Designed to fit in wall boxes, cabinets, and US single-gang electrical boxes, it features a 3-pin XLR female and a 3.5mm female input connector, with two twisted pair Ethernet connectors on the rear.

The D SERIES-TPS2AM module features an XLR microphone input and a stereo mini-jack input summed to mono. The unbalanced mini-jack inputs are designed to receive standard -10 dBV consumer level signals. The microphone input provides 24 Vdc IEC phantom voltage and accepts both dynamic and condenser microphones. The input signals are amplified using studio-quality preamplifiers optimized for normal operating levels. A rear-panel GAIN switch allows setting the microphone preamplifier amplification. Typically, the installer sets this switch to NORM (normal) gain, but it can be set to HIGH gain if low mic levels are expected. The pre-amplified microphone source is routed to pair A, while the buffered mini-jack input is routed to output cable pair B.
