The AtlasIED IP-F is an indoor wall-mount visual alerting IP endpoint featuring a multicolored LED flasher. It complements Unified Communications (VoIP Communications) investments, including both on-premises and hosted infrastructure platforms. The IP-F is ideal for alerting occupants to routine notifications such as telephone ringing, critical alerts in high-noise or noise-sensitive areas, loud environments, and large spaces where visual signaling is required for ADA compliance or to assist the hearing impaired.
The Model IP-F registers as a communication endpoint within Singlewire, AtlasIED, and Syn-Apps' notification applications, providing visual signaling for noise-sensitive areas, large spaces, and public address applications. It enhances daily communications and provides visual notifications through advanced color-coded LED illumination.
When integrated with Singlewire’s InformaCast® or Syn-Apps Revolution® notification applications, the IP-F can synchronize its LED colors with the application's text and audio notification profiles. This feature allows customers to display default color styles for normal, warning, and emergency notifications, ensuring clear communication during any event.
The IP-F can function as a stand-alone visual alerting IP endpoint device, complementing AtlasIED’s IPX IP endpoint products and leveraging WAN or LAN network architecture. It includes a PoE+ powered amplifier that supports up to two analog 8Ω speakers, enabling audible announcements.
AtlasIED IP-F supports Cisco’s Call Manager publisher subscriber SIP Service call processing failover, providing remote location call-processing redundancy during WAN outages. In a Cisco UMC environment, IPX devices can register to Cisco’s basic or advanced 3rd Party SIP device service for intercom or paging functionality. The IPX must use Cisco’s Advanced 3rd Party SIP device service when registering to a publisher subscriber configuration.
For environments where notification applications are not required, the IP-F can register as a SIP device directly to a SIP server or VoIP Communications Manager, providing visual critical alerts and visual telephone ringing alerts.
The AtlasIED IP-F IP endpoint is equipped with a multicolored LED flasher for effective visual communication and compliance under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). All state and local governments are required to ensure effective communication for people with disabilities.
