The 7" Shogun Monitor-Recorder is a cutting-edge addition to the ATOMOS Shogun series, offering built-in network connectivity for mirrorless, DSLR, and cine-style cameras. It enables efficient workflows with cloud-based options, including ProRes Raw and H.265 recording for Camera to Cloud, and 4K H.265 capture for instant cloud publishing. Designed in partnership with leading camera manufacturers, the Shogun ensures seamless compatibility with a growing range of cameras.

- AtomOS 11:
- The 7" Shogun features the new AtomOS 11, offering EL Zone exposure-referenced colorized images, ARRI false color, and enhanced scheduled recording and playback tools. It supports a broader range of codecs, including up to 6K Apple ProRes Raw, DNxHD, and H.265.
- Complete Connectivity:
- Expanded Codecs: Supports 6K Apple ProRes Raw, DNxHD, and H.265.
- Enhanced Monitoring: Includes EL Zone System exposure and ARRI false color.
- RemoteView: Share live views over the internet with this new feature.
- NDI TX Option:
- The optional NDI transmission function allows high-quality video to be sent over networks, including Wi-Fi and mobile, with low bandwidth. This feature turns your Shogun into an NDI source for live production environments.
- Ultrabright Screen:
- The Shogun’s 7" screen, with 2000 cd/m² brightness, is viewable in any lighting condition, ideal for HDR footage review on set. The screen also supports playback and cloud uploads.
- Durable Build:
- Designed for any environment, the Shogun includes a built-in tally light, strong Wi-Fi and AirGlu RF antennas, and can be powered by an L-series battery or DC input. It mounts via 3/8”-16 threads or the included 1/4”-20 adapter. The Shogun Ultra also features a Master Caddy III slot, an SD card slot (up to 4TB), and CFast II card compatibility with an SSDmini adapter. A USB-C port allows for additional options and future AtomOS updates.
