AMX NMX-ENC-N2135A JPEG 2000 1080p Low Latency Video over IP Encoder

Encode DVI-D or HDMI video to JPEG2000 1080p video streams with the NMX-ENC-N2135A encoder. When paired with the NMX-DEC-N2235A decoder (sold separately), you can distribute cinema-grade video over existing network cabling. Once on the network, the stream is available to any endpoint on that network, making the creation of large switching and distribution systems a low-cost endeavor requiring no proprietary cabling or dedicated switching hardware. Integrated video scaling ensures any source at any resolution is properly scaled to any display or projector with its video fidelity intact.

The N2135A encoder also features a separate HDMI output, supports PoE AES67, and has a separate SFP port that allows visually lossless video to be routed on a fiber-only network and extend signals beyond the reach of category cable. Plus, added USB connectivity enables users to extend USB over IP for touch-enabled and KVM applications.

The NMX-DEC-N2135A is compatible with all SVSI N2000 series gear giving designers maximum flexibility when choosing endpoint products. Users can set security options for device control giving large facilities the ability to set tighter restrictions for specified groups of computers. Plug-n-play, auto-detect technology reduces installation and programming time and all SVSI encoders and decoders include built-in control capability. The NMX-ENC-N2135A also supports PoE on one of its two RJ45 network ports, eliminating the need for an external power supply.
