Martin Audio SXC115 15" Compact Cardioid Subwoofer System, Ground-Stack Version

Increase the impact of your system's low end with Martin's SXC115 cardioid 15" subwoofer system. The compact ground stack version of the SXC115 features a 15" forward-facing driver and a 12" rear-facing driver that together produce a cardioid output from the sub. This design combats low-end feedback, frequency overlap, and cancellation issues encountered in live music applications. You'll also enjoy increased efficiency and an additional 2dB of output compared to a conventional single 15" sub.

With your bass frequencies directed forward as opposed to everywhere, your entire system will benefit from a more accurate response. This translates to a more impactful system output for the audience. Your FOH engineer will also thank you.

The SXC115 is an ideal partner for WPM line arrays or Martin Audio point source systems(sold separately) where low-frequency pattern control is required. It can be used singly, stacked, or flown individually using threaded flying inserts.

Multi-laminate birch ply with a rugged poly coating form the cabinet for the 12" and 15" speakers that are protected from the outside world by perforated steel grilles to ensure reliability show after show. Interlocking skids prevent movement when stacked and a threaded plate in the top surface facilitates pole-mounting of up to 4 WPM enclosures or a single point source loudspeaker. Delivery does not include casters.

Your SXC115 can be fully weather resistant and suitable for permanent outdoor installation with the addition of the WRKIT input board cover (sold separately).
