The K-ARRAY KU44W-I is an ultra-slim 8/32-ohm passive subwoofer featuring four 4" cones in white. Known as the Rumble-KU44, this compact, arrayable bass element is designed to pair with mid-high speakers, offering full-range frequency response with high output in a nearly invisible profile. With a frequency range of 50 Hz to 150 Hz, it includes two 4” neodymium transducers and two 4” passive radiators for maximum linear excursion and minimal residual noise.

The KU44 allows for easy integration with all KA amplifiers, offering impedance options of 8 or 32 ohms. At 32 ohms, up to eight units can be powered from a single 4-ohm amp channel. The K-ARRAY Kommander amplifiers, with dedicated presets, ensure perfect balance and compatibility with any mid-high speaker from the K-ARRAY catalog, providing a complete solution for integrators.

Constructed entirely of steel, the KU44 is extremely durable, even in harsh outdoor conditions. It is ideal for aquatic environments where typical bass speakers would corrode. The optional MARINE version offers enhanced salt corrosion resistance.

A range of dedicated hardware accessories enables various mounting options for permanent and portable installations, making the KU44 suitable for retail, restaurants, hotels, bars, museums, and other environments where discreet line arrays are desired. Combining a line array of KU44 subwoofers with Kobra line arrays creates a full-range sound source with true line array characteristics down to 50 Hz.
