The Lowell RY-P1 Powered Relay & Voltage Output Module offers a labor-saving design with pass-through RJ45 jacks for efficient connections to various systems. This relay module features DPDT relays and contacts capable of switching any AC or DC load up to 5A. Activate the relays seamlessly using the SEQ-P4 or SEQR-P4 sequencers, sold separately. The steel chassis is compact at 5"L x 1.69"H x 3.28"W with mounting holes for easy installation.

With voltage outputs including 5VDC, 12VDC, and 24VDC independent outputs, the RY-P1 can control devices requiring DC voltage triggers. The RJ45 jacks enable quick connections to SEQ-P Series, RY-P Series, or RPC-P Series devices using Cat5 or Cat6 cables. What do I do if my item still doesn’t work or has additional problems?
Answer:
In most cases if your item has the same symptom or new symptoms it’s because the fault was originally misdiagnosed. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for damages because of a misdiagnosed fault, incorrect installation, or incorrect operation of your device.

If you’re not confident in your diagnosis it may be best to take your item to a qualified technician.

The part I purchased is defective or failed soon after my purchase. Does it have a warranty?
Answer:
Possibly - some spare parts come with a warranty, typically with a shorter duration than the standard warranty for finished goods. In some cases manufacturers sell spare parts “as is” or won’t consider an item eligible for return if the part isn’t installed by an authorized center.

If you’re concerned about the duration of a spare part warranty please contact us before placing your order. Be aware that if you install a part to repair an item that’s still under the manufacturer’s warranty you may void the warranty in your item by performing unauthorized repairs.

In most cases it’s impractical to attempt a diagnosis without an item present along with the appropriate test equipment. If you’re not confident in your ability to diagnose the fault of your item; it may be best to take your item to a qualified technician.

Installed service parts are non returnable, unless they are defective. All defective returns are exchange only - no money will be refunded.
