Using multi-layer samples recorded in world-class studios, the 50X delivers rich, complex sound with each hit. Fused with Roland's sophisticated behavior modeling, the sonic result allows you to play more naturally as the tones respond to your expression, just like an acoustic kit. It's all there, from subtle ghost notes and detailed articulations to your loudest, most intense playing. Multi-sensor detection in the snare, hi-hat, and ride follows your every move, seamlessly translating your technique from subtle to aggressive. From full head, cross stick, and rim shot on the snare to touch sensitivity, tonal variation, and open/closed resolution on the hi-hat. Play your way. The TD-50K2 will follow.
